File Naming Convention

The submitted files have to be named according to the following guidelines:
Name structure
"Project ID #" underscore "file name" underscore "number of file" dot "file extension" (NO spaces or special characters, please)

Examples for Project ID 012:
Text files
  • 012_Project_ID.doc
  • 012_Project_Descr.doc
  • 012_Project_ImageID.doc
Image files
  • 012_image_01.jpg
  • 012_image_02.gif
  • 012_image_03.tif

If it helps to understand the contents of the files, the images may have a more descriptive name, e.g.:

  • 012_nw_elevation_01.jpg
  • 012_grdFloorplan_02.jpg
  • 012_secondFloorplan_03.jpg
  • 012_sectionNW_04.jpg

in which case the file numbering should be incremental.

  • 012_movie_02.avi
  • 012_movie_03.ram
  • 012_pano_01.mov
